Senior Product Manager

The Sr. Product Manager will contribute to and lead the design and management of Product Features for the Veeva CRM application. The primary focus of the Product Management team is to deliver innovative solutions to meet the needs of the Pharmaceutical and Biotech Industry via the Software-as-a-Service delivery model. The Product Manager is expected to work with Customers, Prospects, and Internal Resources to identify areas of opportunity for the VBioPharma application, design corresponding Product Features, and then manage the Feature through development, QA, and release to Customers. As a Product manager, you will be directly involved in the strategic direction of the leading onDemand solution tailored for the Pharmaceutical / Biotech Vertical in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Designing Product Features based upon Industry Requirements
• Interacting with Development Engineers to drive Product Feature implementation
• Demonstrating our product to Internal and External Attendees
• Defining strategic direction of the Veeva solution
• Providing Support to all Areas of the Organisation including: Sales, QA, Development, Services

Skills:

• Ability to work independently, with little direct supervision
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Experience:

•  Experience in the Pharma/Biotech Sales, KOL Management, Pharma/Biotech Marketing areas
• Ability to incorporate innovative and new ideas from industry and technology market experience
• Working knowledge of Product Management operations
• Demonstrated Product Design / Product Management
• Experience in the CRM market
• Experience in the high tech / software industry
